Sally runs the front shop area and takes care of all the administration and customer interface. Simon is often the point of contact for many customers because he carries out collections, deliveries and initial assessments, he is a true benefit to the team. He also makes sure that the workshop is clean and tidy and that all the tools are sharp and ready for use. He prepares and finishes the various parts ready to be carefully re-assembled by the Clockmakers. Mark is on hand to consult, value, authenticate and advise both the team and customers alike on specialist issues, as well as personally carrying out work to the highest degree. Having been considered special enough to be indentured with an apprentice by the Worshipful Company of Clockmakers in London, Mark enjoys a reputation of being one of the top Horologists in the UK and maintains an active position within the business. He has a vast wealth of knowledge and experience to draw upon within the clock and barometer field. Mark took over the Clock Shop business in 1987 and gave it his name.
